The mount
Frame-style TVs usually come with a slim mount that holds them close to the wall. We use it, your own mount, or one we supply.
The wall
Drywall, plaster, stucco, brick, stone or concrete. A flush mount needs a flat wall, so we check it before we start.
The height
Level, at the height you choose, and lined up with the furniture and art around it.
The cable
In a cover on the wall, or inside the wall where the wall allows it, so nothing hangs below the frame. Above a fireplace, always a cover.
The connection box
Many frame-style TVs run one thin cable to a separate box, which can sit in a cabinet or on a shelf nearby.
Built-ins
Flush on an open wall, or set into a built-in or media wall like the one in the photo.
