What we check as we build
A bed takes weight every night. We follow the maker's instructions, and check these as we build.
The room
We build it in the bedroom, so a big frame never has to fit through a doorway or up the stairs in one piece.
The support
Slats spaced evenly, and any center legs touching the floor, so the mattress is supported along its length.
The bolts
Every bolt tightened, so the frame holds together as it should.
Bunk beds
Guard rails and the ladder fitted. Check the maker's mattress size for the top bunk.

How much does bed frame assembly cost?
$89 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, and $89 for each additional hour, part of an hour counting as a full hour. Send us photos of the bed, and your free quote says how long it should take. A helper, if the job needs one, adds $99.
How long does it take to assemble a bed frame?
It depends on the frame: a platform bed is quicker than a bunk bed with a trundle. Send us photos, and we'll tell you when we quote.
Can you assemble a bunk bed?
Yes, including bunk beds with a trundle drawer. We fit the guard rails and the ladder as the instructions say.
